One second, one minute, one hour

The project began by taking a typographical approach by experimenting with the words, it helped me to start thinking about how to structure a poster purely through typographical means.
In my research I became fascinated with science and the measurement of time, finding out that in one second a caesium atom will 'tick over' 9, 192, 631, 700 times. These initial designs focus on combining this knowledge with typography.
This is the final outcome of the poster, combining science with design with a motivational or perhaps *word* twist on the line given to us in the brief. It was the first design project that I put a wide amount of research in for.
The app prototype outcome. Done through Xd, 'Journey To' did not need any connection to the poster, just a focus on a problem related to time. My problem was how to manage a designer, specifically a student, can manage their time when pulled between different projects. I focused on it being easy to use, colourfully coordinated and interactive.
